I have the Dark Roast and the DeCaf (ironic name I suppose). The dark roast has a beautiful cocoa undercurrent and is not bitter despite its robust flavor in my Aeropress. I love it. The DeCaf, also with the Aeropress, is amazing. Smooth and balanced. It makes having to drink DeCaf half my day a pleasure for a change!
